Delivery

There is a delivery charge of £5.00.

Currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.

We send all our boxes out Royal Mail 1st class post and aim to despatch your order within 2 working days. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

We will deliver to the delivery address you provide at the time of ordering. Please ensure this information is correct and complete as we will not cover the cost of forwarding items on to a different delivery address or non-delivery of an order due to incorrect or incomplete address details on the order.

If your chocolates do not arrive within 7 working days from the date you placed your order, please contact us.

If your chocolates are damaged in the post, please retain the chocolates and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can arrange a replacement. Claims made outside this period will not be accepted.

We have no control over the temperatures during the transportation of your chocolates and cannot accept responsibility for any chocolate that has been heat damaged. If possible, we may delay posting your chocolates to avoid exceptionally hot days. We will contact you to let you know if this is our recommendation.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your chocolates for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to help.

If the product is faulty or not as ordered we will arrange a replacement. We may ask that you return the goods to us in the original packaging. If that is the case we will cover the cost of return postage.

Please note that, as our chocolates are freshly made and classed as perishable food items, we do not accept returns if you change your mind.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently only ship to UK destinations.

Can I personalise my chocolate selection?

If you would like make a particular request, you can leave a message in the notes box prior to check out and we will do our best to meet your requirements. If we are unable to do so, we will contact you before shipping your order to advise and arrange a satisfactory alternative.

Do you do any vegan chocolates?

Our vegan-friendly flavours are marked with (ve) on the range page. Please note, however, that whilst our dark chocolate couverture does not contain milk solids, it is produced in an environment where milk products are used and may contain milk traces.

Can I get an express delivery?

All our boxes are sent by Royal Mail first class parcel post. We do not currently offer a next day or express service.

Will I need to be in to receive my delivery?

Our boxes are 40mm high so unfortunately may not fit through your letterbox. So we advise that you are in to receive your delivery.

How long will my chocolates keep?

All our chocolates are freshly made and are best enjoyed within 2-3 weeks of delivery. We will include a best before date with each box. Please note that this is subject to suitable storage of the chocolates. If they are not stored appropriately, the shelf life will be affected.

Should I keep my chocolates in the fridge?

Ideally your chocolates should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light, but not in the fridge. Ideal temperature is between 12-18 degrees centigrade.
